What we did
In this commercial renovation, we transformed a raw warehouse shell into a bold, brand-forward retail space with real character. By blending exposed materials, sleek modern finishes, and purposeful design, we created a space that feels both edgy and inviting — built to make a lasting impression on every customer who walks in.

Key features
Exposed Structure: Original brick and steel beams were preserved to keep the space's industrial character front and center.
Statement Lighting: Oversized fixtures highlight key areas while reinforcing the industrial aesthetic.
Flexible Layout: An open floor plan allows the space to adapt easily as merchandising needs change.
The vision
Our client wanted a retail space that stood out from the polished, generic storefronts nearby — something with real texture and personality. The goal was to lean into the building's industrial bones rather than cover them up, creating a space that felt raw, current, and unmistakably on-brand. Above all, they wanted customers to feel the space the moment they stepped inside.
The process
We started by stripping back layers of old finishes to expose the original brick and steel, then built the new layout around those existing features rather than working against them. Black-framed glass partitions added structure without closing the space off, while warm wood accents and modern lighting were layered in to balance the raw materials with a sense of warmth.
The outcome
The result is a retail space that feels bold, current, and entirely true to the brand it houses. The industrial details give it a character that's hard to replicate, while the open layout keeps it functional as the business grows. It's a space customers remember — and one the team is proud to welcome them into.
